Account Charges & Settlement
- For corporate accounts, an annual custodial fee of ₹500/- (charged by CDSL) will be recovered from clients.
- A settlement fee of ₹30/- per ISIN will apply for debit instructions involving shares held in the SkyCore Beneficiary and Collateral Accounts.
SkyCore reserves the right to revise its tariff structure at any time with 30 days’ prior notice, which may be communicated via email, post, or displayed on the client back-office portal.
Tax & Statutory Charges
All applicable taxes, including GST and other statutory levies, will be charged as per prevailing laws and regulations.
Account Opening & AMC
- Demat account will be opened only after completion of In-Person Verification (IPV) and other client due diligence procedures.
- 1st-year AMC (Annual Maintenance Charge) is free at the time of account opening.
- From the 2nd year onward, AMC will be ₹240/year.
Introductory Brokerage Offer
- Zero brokerage up to ₹500 on trades made within the first 30 days of onboarding.
- Offer validity: until 30 days from account activation or until the ₹500 cap is reached (whichever is earlier).
- SkyCore reserves the right to withdraw or modify this offer with prior email notice.

Account activation within 1 hour is subject to successful KYC, regulatory compliance, and documentation completion.
DIY Account Opening Offers
- Customers must complete the DIY account opening through SkyCore’s digital onboarding platform.
- AMC, brokerage, stamp duty, and other charges are applicable as per the selected plan.
- Offer applicable only to new clients onboarded after 1st July 2017.
- Not valid for existing clients, SkyCore employees, or their relatives.
- SkyCore may change, pause, or terminate this offer at its sole discretion. Exchange-related grievances regarding this offer are not entertained.
